Ricardo is a Chartered Architect experienced in commercial and residential Property. Formerly with Accenture's Property Department (Andersen Consulting), he specialised in property management, development, international planning, property investment as well as lease negotiations. |

Nigel Simpson
Nigel
is a Chartered Surveyor and has worked in South West London for 20 years dealing with all aspects of land and property. He has particular experience of commercial property agency, investment and development having sold and acquired land and buildings for a wide variety of clients. He is also able to provide professional advice on leases, rent reviews and leasehold enfranchisement. |
